For any copyright, please send me a message.  Disturbing footage has emerged of a 'zombie' man with a baby in a carrier and a woman stumbling through the streets 'while under the influence of drugs.'  A witness spotted the horrifying scene in Baltimore, US, last Saturday and immediately called the police.  In the short clip a woman - believed to be the child's mum - is seen stumbling around the pavement in broad daylight.  .  A man in a black top and beige trousers stands a few feet behind her also stumbling around the pavement.    .  Sirens are heard in the background of the footage as Baltimore Police arrive to speak to the couple.  The man, who wanted to remain anonymous, said he called the police before he started filming.  He said: "They appeared to be on drugs. The baby even seemed to be under the influence of some sort."  He claimed the baby has since been taken into care.  He said he had spoken to a man claiming to be the baby's biological father - who said the man in the video is the child's step dad.  He claimed he did not want to intervene as he 'had no idea what the police would do to him if he did'.  Mirror Online has contacted the Baltimore Police Department for further comment.
