He has architected long term projects involving deep statistical modelling in advertising, banking, insurance, retail, e-commerce and HR industries as well as evangelised metrics for business success, and worked with business teams to manage the change brought about by technology. Vivek is currently a data scientist at THE ICONIC, Australia's leading fashion e-commerce. In this role, he leads the marketing science function, developing algorithms and intelligent automation tools around product personalisation, multi-variate testing, customer journey mapping and predictive lifetime value.
