This despite opening of the will at Chege Kirundi's office in the presence of Tob Cohen's siblings and lawyers. The exercise was however skipped by Sarah Wairimu's lawyer Philip Murgor. Murgor instead indicates he will contest the Will in court. Part of the property in contest include Cohen's palatial Kitusuru residence.
