This occurred on Spring Garden Rd. in Greensboro, NC. Driver failed to check the bike lane, claim the bike lane before initiating her turn, or use her turn signal. Greensboro Police declined to write a ticket and refused to view the video. If I didn't have this video my insurance claims would have been a lot more difficult.
