Lunar Mobility Yoga Practice | Yoga with Carling Harps Hey Everyone Happy Monday!

Carling is back! In her first class she is sharing a mobility based yoga practice for your hips and hamstrings. In our Awakening Yoga system we call this a Lunar practice. It is designed to help you move with a sense of freedom and ease in your body. One of the things you will notice is our goal is to not use our hands very often. If you are new to this type of practice it can take a little getting use to, when you get in the flow though it is an amazing experience. Have fun with this practice!
