We purchased a brand new CAN-AM 250 from Bass Pro Shops in Rogers, Arkansas on 2300 S Promenade Blvd, Rogers, AR 72758. They had so trouble starting it the day the dropped it off, that I thought they should take it back. I was assured it just needed to warm up. Today, it still takes 5-20 times to get it started. Unless you continue to give it gas, it will die. If you give it too much gas it backfires. The bike will continue to die until you just start riding it. The gear also did not work properly. They opened up the bike and found that 2 pieces inside the ATV were broken, so they had to be replaced. Bass Pro didn't mention this when we purchased our ATV, but they get all their ATV's from Bradford Marine in Springdale Arkansas. CAN-AM ATV's come from BRP / Bombardier Recreational Products in El Paso Texas. We have written Jose Boisjoli, President and CEO.
