The point of this video is to shed light on skill based matchmaking and its impact on the community. I also want to educate those that are watching to more clearly explain why Skill based matchmaking makes an impact, and why it's not necessarily bad. But more importantly to provide evidence and facts to give to Respawn with a valid, fair argument. That way, they have more data to go off of to hopefully create a better system for us. So, The summary is that Skill based matchmaking has made an impact as far as these votes are concerned, and we can see a distinct pattern based on a player's perceived skill level which I'll show later. We can also learn some interesting things about Apex Legends that show us that the most engaged players in the community, such as all of you that watch my videos, may not be representative of the non-vocal majority of the player base. But this creates a problem, because it means the less vocal majority like us, the more engaged players, are given less than satisfactory experience because of skill based matchmaking.
