One winter's day, there lived a kind Queen sat embroidery by her ebony window. She looked the beautiful snowflakes, she accidentally pricked her finger with the needle, three drops of blood fell into the snow. When the Queen looked the red blood, she wished: "I wish I had a daughter with skin as white as snow, lips as red as blood, hair as black as ebony!" Months passed, the Queen's wish came true. She held in her arms a beautiful baby princess with skin as white as snow, lips as red as blood, hair as black as ebony. She named her Snow White. Sadly, the Queen fell ill and died. And the King married again. The new Queen was beautiful but very wicked. She had a magic mirror, always tell the truths and she asked: "Mirror mirror on the wall, who's the fairest of them all?" The mirror replied: "You, my Queen are the fairest of them all!" This made the wicked Queen happy. She was evil that everyone in the land called her the Evil Queen. As time went by, Snow White grew up, she grew more and more beautiful. One morning, the Evil Queen asked the mirror: "Mirror mirror on the wall, who's the fairest of them all?" But it said to her: "Snow White is the fairest of them all!" This made the Evil Queen jealous. She called for her huntsman. "Take Snow White into the forest and kill her." She told him. The huntsman was afraid of the Evil Queen and so he set out to do she has ordered. "Where are you taking me?" Asked Snow White. The huntsman replied: "To the forest to see the animals." When they were deep in the forest, the huntsman turned to Snow White saying: "Princess, the Evil Queen ordered me to killed you. But don't be afraid; I won't hurt you." Snow White looked at him with tear in her eyes. "Run away, Snow White, and never return." He told her. He then left Snow White alone in the forest and go back to the castle. The princess ran far into the forest, until nightfall. Frightened and tired, she lay down on a bank of sleeping primroses. The wild rabbits's family came and snugged up to her to keep her warm, and she fell fast asleep. In the morning's light, Snow White saw a little cottage nestling amongst the trees. She knocked softly, there was no one answer, so she let herself in. Inside, Snow White found a table and seven little chairs. Upstairs, there were seven little beds. "I'm so tired." She yawned, and she lay down and fell asleep for the running into the forest. A while later, the owners of the cottage, the Seven Dwarfs were standing round Snow White's bed. She woken with a talking. The Seven Dwarfs looked a beautiful girl. "Who are you?" She asked them. "We are the Seven Dwarfs who live in this cottage." Said one of the Seven Dwarfs. "We work in the mines all everyday. Who are you?" They asked. "I'm Snow White" She replied, and she told them her sad story. The Seven Dwarfs felt sorry for Snow White. "If you cook and clean house for us, you can stay here with us, and we will promise keep you safely." Said the eldest Dwarfs. Snow White gracefully agreed. When the Seven Dwarfs left for work the next morning, they warned Snow White promise don't go out, or open the door, or speak to strangers. Back at the palace, the Evil Queen gazed into her magic mirror and asked: "Mirror mirror on the wall, who's the fairest of them all?" The mirror replied: "Snow White, who lives in the deep forest with the Seven Dwarfs, is the fairest of them all!" The Evil Queen was horrified. "What? Snow White is still ALIVE?" She screamed. The Evil Queen had a wicked plan. She made a poisoned apple and disgusting herself as an old peddler woman. Then she set out to find Snow White. Snow White was busy in the kitchen when she saw an old peddler woman at the window. The old peddler woman croaked: "Try my delicious red apple before you buy, dear girl!" And she handed the poisoned apple to Snow White. Snow White took a little bite... and fell down dead. The Evil Queen hurried home to her magic mirror. At last it gave her the answer she wanted: "You, my Queen are the fairest of them all!" That evening, the Seven Dwarfs returned home to find Snow White lying dead on the floor. They loved Snow White and laid her in a glass coffin in the tall hill. They watched over her day and night. One day, the prince from a nearby kingdom came riding by. He saw Snow White lying in the coffin and fell in love with her. The smallest Dwarfs told how the princess had been driven from her kingdom and poisoned by a jealous queen. The prince saddened lifting the lid of the coffin. Then he kissed her gently on the lips. At the moment, Snow White began to breathe and her rosy cheeks and lips came back. She opened her eyes and when she saw the prince, she knew that she loved him, too.
A royal wedding was planned and everyone rejoiced - except the Evil Queen. She's very jealous when she saw Snow White from her magic mirror and turns a pile of dust. So it happened that the prince and Princess Snow White lived happily ever after in Snow White's kingdom.
