REVITALIZE - NEW BATTLESPELL - HOW IT WORKS AND WHO CAN USE IT?

Revitalize is a new spell that replaced the old Heal spell.
It heals 2.5% of a hero's max HP every 0.5 seconds for 5 seconds.
In short, Revitalize heals 25% of a hero's max HP if you stay in the area for 5 seconds.
Aside from healing it also increases shield and HP regen by 40%.
Its effect is similar to Oracle's unique passive but a little higher.
