This DIY is super simple and great for beginner sewers!
I show you how to make an off the shoulder dress and top with NO pattern at all!
You will be using a stretch dress that fits you well as a guide.
I tested out using a stretchable hem tape in the neckline.
I share my thoughts on the product after wearing the dress a few times.

MATERIALS
1-2 Yards of stretch fabric
Fabric Scissors
Sewing Machine
Heat and Bond Stretchable Hem Tape-
