Honor band 5 is the successor to the honor band 4. New honor band 5 is quite similar to ant other fitness tracking band. It can do all the basic tasks of a health band like counting steps and calories burnt. Biff other than that this year's Honor band can also track 10 sports mode. And again we have a heart rate sensor and sleep measurement. But something new and different in this honor band 5 is the SpO2 detection. It can detect the oxygen level in your blood. Shuts is something new in a fitness tracker like this. But this sensor is only available in global AMD standard version. But Honor doesn't specify if the Indian unit has it. That being said, otherwise, the band is an amazing fitness band which you can use til measures your health behavior.
