Sebi has issued a circular on prudential framework for resolution of stressed assets. In a positive move, the market regulator has asked AMCs to participate in inter-creditor agreement with approvals from the board and trustees. They said segregation of portfolio pursuant to credit event should be precondition for signing ICA.
