Why you are ovulating late (or not at all) | Viewer's question!

Why you are ovulating late (or not at all) | Viewer's question! So you have started charting, or have been for a while. But now you have come to the conclusion that you ovulate late or have anovulatory cycles.

In this video I cover the 5 most common hormonal reasons + 1 non hormonal for late ovulation or not ovulating at all. To know exactly what is going on, and knowing why you have irregular periods, interpreting your chart is very important, together with other symptoms you may have. However, this video will definitely give you a clue as to what may be going on for you and why you are ovulating late in your cycle.

I occasionally run charting webinars where I analyse your charts, so since I am now on maternity leave and don’t have any fertility assessments available, make sure to sign up to my mailing list (www.ingefleur.com/mailinglist) to be notified when I run another webinar if you would be interested in that!
