#1 Clean your Surface screen well
#2 Use an overhead light
#3 Pay special attention to the corners and edges of the screen
#4 Hold the screen protector over the screen to catch any falling dust particles
#5 Drag the protector's plastic backing along the screen as you remove it to pick up any excess dust
#6 Remove air bubbles with a soft, flat-edged tool
#7 Use tape to remove any caught dust
Additional tips:
+Never touch the adhesive side of your screen protector. Handle it from the edges only.
+ You can use a plastic card like a credit card to push out any air bubbles.
