Important note: I lost 25 seconds in my No Peach Skip Attempt, so subract 20-25 seconds from the final time and thats the estimate. The thing with 7-3: The final time is the amount of **POTENTIAL** time save over not doing PS. So that means, if the 7-3 level can be done well, then you'll have 2 extra minutes of time to do thudley jumps and possibly save time over a non-PS time.
