A PENSIONER died after slipping on ice during Storm Ciara, bringing the death toll from the wild blizzard to two. The 77-year-old slipped and hit his head in Clydebank, West Dumbartonshitre this morning after a 58-year-old driver was killed yesterday when a tree fell on his car on the A33 near Winchester.
