This is not plant-based, it's not keto or paleo (or 'whatever-o...lol) - it's just a basic meal with a decent balance of macronutrients.
I'm calling this a post workout meal but it's actually my 2nd post workout meal.
I typically have a protein shake with some almond milk and fruit as soon as I get home from the gym, and I eat this whole food meal an hour later.
