Prime Time, Feb 07, 2020 | Did PM Modi Quote A Satirical Website's Article In Parliament? A quote that Prime Minister Modi had attributed to former Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Omar Abdullah was allegedly a satirical news published by a website 'Faking News', as per a finding by Alt News. "Omar Abdullah had said 'removing Article 370 would bring an earthquake that will separate Kashmir from India'," PM Modi said in parliament. He asked if any person devoted to the Constitution 'ever accept' it. Ravish Kumar asks on Prime Time if such a statement was made by Omar Abdullah, why wasn't he charged then and instead detained only after the special status to Jammu and Kashmir was scrapped.
