3 pounds chicken thighs (boneless, skinless) OR chicken breasts, bone-in chicken thighs, etc.
Brown the chicken and add to slow cooker.
Make sauce...
3 Tablespoons soy sauce
4 cloves minced garlic
1 1/2 Tablespoons minced ginger
3 teaspoons sesame oil
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (more or less for spice)
Pour sauce over chicken and cook on low for 7 hours or high for 3 1/2 to 4 hours.
Add 1/3 cup peanut butter to the sauce and stir it in well.
We love this over brown rice and peas on the side!
