Neo-Nazi Smacked With $13M Fine For Racist Robocalls That Targeted Stacey Abrams, Andrew Gillum Neo-Nazi podcaster Scott Rhodes of Idaho is being fined 12.9 million dollars for harassing Andrew Gillum supporters with racist robocalls during his 2018 Florida gubernatorial campaign. In November of 2018, he tried to interfere in another election by making 583 robocalls denouncing Georgia gubernatorial candidate Stacey Abrams. The racist and anti-Semitic calls falsely claimed to be from Oprah Winfrey.
