Trump unveiled his plan to 'resolve' the Israeli-Palestinian conflict during a joint press statement with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu at the White House on Tuesday, January 28.
At a press conference following Trump’s announcement, Abbas vehemently rejected the plan, describing it as one-sided in favour of Israel. The Arab League also rejected the deal.
