LayOut viewports changing unexpectedly

If you've ever experienced a viewport changing unexpectedly in LayOut, it's most likely because of the notorious "Last Saved SketchUp view."



Although, in the most recent versions of SketchUp, this is less of an issue because LayOut will use the last scene you had activated before saving (instead of Last Saved SketchUp View). But, if you don't have any scenes in your model, it can still happen.



And unless you override ALL viewport properties, you are at risk of having viewports change unexpectedly. In this video, I show you why this happens, and how you can prevent it.
