Goat Meat
Wele
Cow Foot
1/4tsp - Cumin
1/4tsp - Rosemary
1/4tsp - Aniseed
Salt - tt
Garlic - 2 Cloves or to your taste
Onion - 1 Medium or half of a large one
Ginger - About two thumb sizes
1 - Habanero or Scotch Bonnet Pepper
1 - Spice Blend Cube
1 - Large Shrimp Seasoning or Seasoning of Choice
You may use any protein of your choice
For Making Stew
4-6cups - Tomato Paste
2 - Bay Leaves
1 - Large Onion
3 - Medium to Large Onions
Ginger - About two thumb sizes
1 - Spice Blend Cube
3-5 - Habanero or Scotch Bonnet Peppers. Or to your taste
4 - Garlic Cloves
Use the large onion to fry your meat, do not fry cow foot as that will cause it to melt
