Coronavirus outbreak: Trump temporarily suspends entry to U.S. by foreign nationals that pose risk

Members of the president's Coronavirus Task Force held a briefing at the White House to provide updates on the outbreak.

13:12 They said a public health emergency had been declared in the U.S. echoing the announcement by the World Health Organization.

Officials also said President Donald Trump had issued a presidential proclamation temporarily suspending entry to the U.S. of foreign nationals deemed to pose a risk, who had travelled to China within the past 14 days, as of Feb. 2, 2020.
