An attacker was caught after trying to escape from a car showroom - only to slip on the rug outside the door. The assailant burst into the Nissan garage in Puchong Jaya, Malaysia on January 30. CCTV shows how he repeatedly whacked one employee with a batton before running into the building. He then turned around back through the door - only to slip on a red welcome mat. Two passing policemen who heard cries for help then pounced on the suspect. Employee Felix Ming praised the cops for intervening. He said: "The injured staff member was lucky that the policemen were around. He was beaten badly." ------------------------------------------------------------------
