This healing flow is based on the 2 breathing exercises and 24 other postures that have therapeutic medical benefits unparalleled by any exercise routine. The first and last ASANAS work with the life force that is abundant in the air, that is what we call oxygen and these two pull in as much of this force as possible in to the lungs and in reverse expel carbon dioxide from inside of the body. These two functions of inhaling and exhaling with intention are the single most important functions of the body and they will happen with or without thought, again bringing in life and expelling toxins because these are two of the three most important functions of survival. As for the 24 other postures, they should contain inhaling and exhaling as well but they are fixed position designed to strategically fatigue the superficial and intermediate muscles with the intention of getting access to the deeper muscles.
