We're having our first baby at 38-years old! Watch us surprise our friends and hear the baby's heartbeat for the first time. After quitting my job in TV news in August 2019, we found out we're pregnant. It was a lot of change. We were planning a move from city life in Seattle to country living in central Washington. I was starting an entirely new chapter in my career. And the biggest surprise was something we'd never expected to learn all at the same time. We are still planning to move into the Airstream we are renovating but we will have to re-work the design for our new family member. We're excited, scared, contemplative, planning, hopeful, prayerful, and grateful. It's looking like 2020 will be quite an adventure!
