At 6 months the seat can attach to his car seat and stroller seat, which makes it so convienent for traveling. Once your little one outgrow the attachable car seat that goes with the stokke. You will now have to bring on a car seat separately for when riding around in the car. We love the Stokke, the actual Stokke last up until they are 4 years old, if Im not mistaken. The car seat is sold separately from the stroller seat that comes with the stroller.
