Ryder, your favorite youtube kid, was in his car and threw out a banana but a police officer found it! The cop came to Ryder's house and interrogated Ryder to find out who broke the rules. Finally Ryder admitted to littering and the Police officer began to teach Ryder the simple rules of conduct for children.
