Northglenn Code Enforcement thinks this is acceptable

Northglenn Code Enforcement thinks this is acceptable There appears to be a hoard next to our property and it's been there for a long period of time now. It's partially visible from the street but apparently Northglenn Code Enforcement can't see it or bring themselves to do anything about it. It's a hazard for several reasons, it's hideous, it reduces our quality of life, and our everybody's property values in the neighborhood.
Along our back fence we had to dig out chunks of concrete, trash, dirt, and pieces of wood that was pushing against our fence and making it bulge out and bend. Code enforcement did nothing when it was reported to them.

Also along our back fence you can see that the fence material our neighbors ILLEGALLY ATTACHED TO OUR FENCE is still hanging there (was removed from our fence but left there) and attached to our other neighbors back fence. You can see that the property line is clearly where that utility pole is and where that old rusty pole is (from original fence that isn't there anymore) so it's pretty obvious where the property line is and who that back fence belongs to. US! Apparently these obvious signs aren't obvious to Northglenn Code Enforcement.

If you are wondering if code enforcement has actually been here and looked and taken pictures, the answer is YES!!! Absolutely. And yet still, nothing has been done by them to resolve the problem. In fact when they tried before they actually endangered my family by ordering those people directly behind us to remove illegal fence material from our fence without ordering the residents to keep their dangerous rottweilers out of our yard. The dogs threatened us in our own yard all summer long and then finally corned me in near my garage one night this last fall. Our back yard was a harassment zone.

Code enforcement has been a dangerous nightmare, seem feckless, and incompetent. Their efforts to respond have been next to none although they do attempt communication to make it seem as though they are doing something. But they aren't really doing much of anything. Seems like a lot of excuse making and trying to act like it's our responsibility somehow even though this stuff is publicly visible. Everything above was reported multiple times and we even complained to leadership and other city officials.

We couldn't get Animal Control to pick up a stray cat after 3 tries either. We reported some criminal activity to the Northglenn police and they didn't even try to respond at all too. Northglenn appears to be having some real difficulties with their staff and understanding property rights and citizens rights as well. Or, they are blatantly targeting my family and I. I find it hard to believe this is how other Northglenn residents are being treated.
