My Apologies to God, My Body and my Declaration to Care for my Body Self Talk -Fasting Lady

My daily self to my body. I believe in the Law of attraction and the Universe. Therefore, whatever I sent out in the Universe comes back to me. My apologies to God for not taking care of my body. My apologies to my body for not taking excellent care of it and my self declaration. Every morning, every night, when I leave the shower and putting lotion or oil on my body or brushing my teeth, I promise my body to do better to to eat better, to feed it akalized food, to exercise, to drink a lot of water, that I will do the best to care for my body the best way I know who and leave the rest to God. The ones I cannot control I leave it with God. This has helped me.
