How to find Just Cause 4 Jets subtitled

This is a updated video of Just Cause 4 Jets location that was in my previous video for locating these fighter jets. This video is for anyone who could not find or locate the fighter jets previously. In this video I did not do a voice over, instead I did subtitled instructions throughout the video to make it easier to follow to help you locate the jets. I restarted the game and went to the jets location as early as possible, but in doing so I did not beat the Black Hand in these areas.
