A gem in the Antelope Valley of the western Mojave Desert. Saddleback Butte State Park was created in 1960 to protect the butte and native Joshua Tree woodlands. It has stunning landscape views though not many people are aware of this place. A perfect getaway to enjoy solitude on the weekend.
