Cindy speaks in Washington D.C. in February 2018. Her text is taken from 2 Kings 5:7-8 where the King of Syria sends his general Naaman to the King of Israel to heal him of leprosy. When the king of Israel reads the letter, he tears his clothes and said, “Am I God, to kill and make alive, that this man sends a Naaman to me to heal him of his leprosy?" When Elisha the man of God heard that the king of Israel had torn his clothes, he sent to the king, saying, “Please let him come to me, and he shall know that there is a prophet in Israel.” Quotes: “We are God's enforcers in the earth for His will to be done. We have been given authority in the name of Jesus. Some people think the Old Testament prophets had more power. The Lord said to me one day, “I never give lesser gifts.” That word changed my whole authority structure. I no longer limited myself to only what I see in the New Testament. I understood that as a prophet of God my role was to change governments. Like in 2 Kings 5:8 when Elisha said, “Have the man come to me and he will know that there is a prophet in Israel." They should know also that there's a prophet in your town! Is there a psychic in your town? They should know there's a prophet of God. We have let the psychics and mediums take our place. But the Lord is giving us a boldness and new authority.” ENJOY!

As prophets we have often decreed what is
there in the judgment realm.
In other words, “We deserve this judgment.”
But we're to prophesy as prophets from the heavens down.
What does God say?
How do we change it?
We are called to bring the will God
from heaven to earth.
We need to get the strategy of God.
We're so tactical; we keep doing things that have been
done over and over.
But we need
to grab a hold of the revelation of God.
We need to get into the heavenlies.
We need to listen to what God is saying in heaven,
seated at the right hand of the Father,
not what the devil says we deserve.
Stop listening to the accuser of the brethren.
Listen to God in heaven.
God is going to anoint you to have a strategy.
Bishop Joseph Garlington got up in a recent meeting
with the apostle from Zimbabwe.
The worship mixed with the spiritual authority in the room.
The Lord gave me a word saying,
“I am going to pull Mugabe in Zimbabwe out of his office.
It will be a suddenly; sooner than later.”
While we were with all these African leaders and
leaders from around the world,
somebody Googled Zimbabwe and it said,
“The tanks are rolling into Harare…”
It started changing as we were speaking.
That's a turnaround.
