Dodge City, Kansas was a mess this morning with vehicles sliding sideways, getting stuck, and sliding off the road. A winter storm warning was in effect as over a foot of snow fell across portions of southwest Kansas. Video package opens with a truck that was heading southbound spinning out behind a Dodge City police SUV and narrowly missing it. Plenty of vehicles were spinning out or either stuck around town. In the 4th clip, a white sedan was sliding down a hill sideways and narrowly missed my vehicle.
