Rep. Val Demings, D-Fla., said the facts in the impeachment case against President Donald Trump are clear. “We can talk about alternative facts all day long but the facts are pretty clear--that the president abused his power,” Demings said. The House Judiciary Committee on Dec. 12 considered revisions to the articles of impeachment and voted on whether to send those articles to the full U.S. House of Representatives. Democrats on Tuesday filed two articles of impeachment against Trump -- abuse of power and obstruction of Congress.
