These eccentric hooks are incredible. I did 675+115 the other week in Madison with Jon. They felt so good, I bought my own pair. In this video, i do 605+205 followed by 655+ 205 which equals 860 lbs...pretty much the most I’ve ever gripped without straps. The 655 felt good despite using so much strength holding 860 so this is a true testament to this hooks being an insanely useful tool in the box for building a succulent powerful fazeek! I then tried the hooks out for rows which of course felt incredible hitting an instant drop set...something I could never do before training by myself. This is the future bro’s!
