Self-Partnering Is The Key To Living An Abuse-Free Life

Self-Partnering Is The Key To Living An Abuse-Free Life Many people don’t understand what being self-partnered really means.

They may think that it is a cliché used to escape the pain of being single, or that being self-partnered means that you are overly independent and forgo relationships in order to be an island to yourself.

I understand how people may think this, because I used to think these things myself.

However, nothing could be further from the truth.

Being self-partnered is the essential key to achieving a healthy relationship with self, life and others.

Self-partnering is vital for this community so that we stop handing our power away to abusive others, who don’t have the resources to be healthy for us, in an attempt to try to secure love, approval, security and survival for ourselves.

In today’s Thriver TV episode, I explain to you the truth about self-partnering and how to make it a revolutionary reality in your own life.
