Police Officer Brian Taylor of the Hobart Police Department in Indiana conducts a traffic stop for an alleged, but unspecified violation. In the video, which was in-part streamed on facebook, Officer Taylor urges the driver to waive his constitutional rights, says the reason for the stop is "secondary", and implies that the man could be harmed by police for exercising fundamental rights. Is this a driving while while black stop or something more insidious. Why do so many police have distain for the ethical principals they are sworn to defend?

"This is Hobart police in Hobart Indiana I watch him single me out of everyone else & I told myself, "watch he put me over" but honestly I wasnt sure & sure nouth he did, his intimation tactics failed, guys do not go for none of their bullshit. Of course I've never wanted this to happen, but unfortunately it & theres always that what if this time is it, these motherf..kers speak so much on "today in age....." that's because of what they are doing to innocent people tryna live their & be free. I also wanna say I hate that this happens to everybody it happens too, it just seems like its always escalated when it's a Black individual primarily a Male standing up for his rights & these types of police cant stand when we dont follow their bullshit, they wanna be in control, DONT LET THEM!! Thanks for watching"
