South Korea's SK Innovation beat its greater adversary LG Chem to a multibillion dollar deal in 2018 to supply Volkswagen Group with electric vehicle batteries in the United States.



With phenomenal presentation, SK kicked things off in March on a $1.7 billion modern office in Commerce, Georgia, around 200 km (120 miles) from VW's Chattanooga plant, which will be the automaker's electric vehicle focus in the U.S.


LG Chem had various contemplations.


Stung by leaving behind the VW game plan to SK Innovation and the departure of 77 laborers for its enemy, LGC indicted SKI in the U.S. in April censuring it for mishandling upper hands.
