When a friend or family member is in need of mental health treatment, it can be difficult to convince them to agree to get help. In this video, I discuss the two most common reasons why people with mental illnesses refuse to seek help. Note: If you believe a friend or family member needs mental health treatment, don't contact me asking for advice because I'm not a licensed mental health professional. Contact a local mental health provider.
