Happy Mukbang Monday guys!! Today we are trying Tortas Ahogadas in Guadalajara Jalisco! Tortas ahogadas are one of my absolute favorite dishes from Mexico! Tortas ahogas translate to "drowned tortas" They're drowned in tomato sauce and then you add your own spicy chili to it! its SO SPICY AND GOOD!!! The bread they use can withstand the sauce and doesn't get soggy, honestly incredible! They're special to Guadalajara so if you're ever in the area you MUST try them!
