Separating the Internal Affairs Service

"We can give them the powers that they want without separating from the PNP."

PNP officer in charge Lt. Gen. Archie Gamboa says he is not in favor of making the Internal Affairs Service, the body which disciplines erring cops, to become independent from the PNP. He says one controversy should not easily result in changes to provide stability.
