SB_11.2.1 - Perfection is eagerness to please Krsna !

SB_11.2.1 - Perfection is eagerness to please Krsna ! Few points from lecture:

* NaradaMuni's eagerness to serve Krsna personally in Dvaraka.
* No material factor can influence Dvaraka, Mathura or Vrindavan.
* This verse describes Greatness of Dvaraka & Greatness of NaradaMuni.
* Eagerness is the perfection for serving Krsna - Srila Prabhupad.
* Eagerness for devotional service does not come from pious activities.
* By doing austerities even Ekadesi vrta to get the material benefits, one cannot develop eagerness.
* Whatever we do is only to please Krsna - that should be the motive behind any service.
* Eagerness comes from love for Krsna and it is voluntary.
* Eagerness develops by chanting and hearing.
* Sravanam, Kirtanam should be done by using/engaging our intelligence.
* When intelligence is applied while hearing, questions comes - two types of questions, to avoid Krsna or to capture Krsna.
* All depends of the attitude of the practicioner - Srila Prabhupad.
* Examples of eagerness: Lord's associates eager to see Krsna even at night, Chaitanya Mahaprabhu appreciated the eagerness of a lady in Puri, Bilvamangala Thakur's previous life curse to take birth as immoral men, because of eagerness to arrange Bhagvatha Katha by stealing.
* "If we don't hear, we cannot see - secret of spiritual life !" - Bhakti Siddhantha Saraswathi Thakur
