Customer called us on Friday, 11/15/2019 to upright a tractor with a loaded container at the ports. I responded in the hulk (unit 44) and brought Joe with me in big flipper (unit 88). Once on scene, I saw what limited room we had to work with and requested Eddie to bring a tractor to transport the container after everything was upright. On this call, dragging the unit forward or back was not an option. Just ahead of the tractor was the entrance to the freeway, which is a one lane street with concrete barriers on each side. To the rear of the container was very similar; my game plan was to upright it the entire thing in one shot with both rotators. If the room allowed it, we could have split it and upright them one by one, but if I did that then I would have to tow the tractor a mile to the nearest spot and it would have been unattended while I came back to upright the container.
