Phrasal Verb - GROW APART When two people GROW APART from each other, they become more and more distant in their relationship.

For example, a couple can grow apart when they no longer spend quality time together. Friends who don't see each other for a long time tend to grow apart. It's a sad part of life but it's nevertheless a reality for many of us.
