Gateau Matcha (matcha cake)
Ingredients: 18cm

Egg - 125g.
Kibisato -105g. Or Light brown sugar
Almond powder - 65g.
Cake flour - 65g.
Matcha - 5g.
Unsalted Butter - 130g. (Melted)
Sweetened Red Beans or
White chocolate

Before we start baking prepare the pan with baking sheets ,melt the butter ,stay for 50℃ and be sure to pre heat the oven to 170℃

This gateau matcha is taste so good specially who love matcha ,you can serve it with wheap cream,ice cream or you can add it to the top of your farfait.
If you can’t avail the sweetened red beans you can use white chocolate ,white choco is also match with matcha ,Macharap talaga!!!!

今回使った材料
・全卵 - 125g
・きび砂糖 - 105g
・アーモンドパウダー - 65g
・薄力粉 - 65g
・抹茶 - 5g
・溶かしたバター - 130g
・濡れ小豆 - 適量(無ければホワイトチョコチップ)

40分/170℃
