Memory mystery over PEI centennial scrapbook

While cleaning up after her mother's death Maureen Kolot came across an elaborate scrapbook that was all about Prince Edward Island's centennial in 1973. The thing is, Kolot is sure her mother didn't create this scrapbook. So where did it come from? Well that's something Kolot would love to find out.
