JC (Ejay Falcon) and the other NBI agents raid the hideout of Mama Rosa (Matmat Centino) and her ladies. Refusing to be tricked by his enemies, Leo (Aljur Abrenica) contacts Hugo (Ogie Diaz) to make sure that he has done necessary measures to protect their assets. Eugene (Ariel Rivera), meanwhile, confides in JC about his experience working with Ulysses (Gardo Versoza) before.

Grace (Elisse Joson) finds out that JC does not want her to entertain Leo. However, Grace is caught off guard after Leo professed his true feelings for her. Leo discovers that JC saved Ulysses from an ambush. Ulysses then informs Leo that JC might be a useful asset. Unknown to them, the ambush is a part of JC’s plans to gain access to the Balthazars’ businesses.
