We begin our trip at Supermoon Bakehouse in New York. Explore Ry Stephen’s magical butter croissants, incredibly colorful masterpieces made with Isigny AOP butter.

We continue our travels to Paris with Maison Quatrehomme. A fourth generation-run cheese shop where affinage and know-how come together to elevate Isigny Sainte-Mère cheese potential to its maximum.

Next, we venture to Taiwan with “Escape From Paris” where we meet Alexis Bouillet, Pastry World Champion, and his wife and partner Camille Cheng. Together they invent incredible recipes using our crème fraiche d’Isigny PDO.

We’ll complete our trip with a visit to the lush land of Isigny-sur-mer in Normandy, where people work harmoniously every day with the gentle-natured, special Normande cows to produce the highest quality milk possible.
